I am a software / web developer and university student, based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

I currently work for Independent Computer Systems in Old Trafford, Manchester. I started there as a placement student during my time at university, and took a full-time position and left university.

I was studying BSc(Hons) Internet Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University. I grew up in Wigan, before moving to Manchester to study in 2003, and once again moving back to Wigan in June ‘07.

My main skills are: C#, Java, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Python, PHP, Perl, XHTML, CSS, SVG, Javascript, AJAX, XML, XPath, XSLT, Ruby [+Rails], MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux and Windows server environments.

My interests include my girlfriend Charlotte, mountain biking, snowboarding, gigs, books, cinema and a seemingly endless obsession with gadgetry!
